Handle
end-to-end hiring
for solar industry roles such as:
Project Engineers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, O&M, Design, SCM, Sales, and Corporate roles
Plan manpower requirements for
corporate office and project sites
Source candidates through
job portals, solar consultants, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors
Coordinate interviews with technical and project heads
Manage
offer negotiation, closure, and onboarding
for solar projects
HR Generalist & Operations
Manage
employee lifecycle
: joining, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit
Handle
HR documentation, contracts, and HR MIS
Coordinate
attendance, leave, payroll inputs
, and site-wise manpower tracking
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, statutory requirements, and EPC policies
Support
performance management, appraisals, and incentive structures
Handle employee grievances and maintain
healthy employee relations
Support
policy implementation, SOPs, and audits
Engage with
site HR coordinators and vendors
across locations
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience as an
HR Generalist in the Solar / EPC industry
Strong understanding of
solar project manpower requirements
Excellent recruitment and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of
labour laws applicable to project-based organizations
Experience with
HRMS / ATS tools
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
