We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Generalist (Recruitment Specialist) to manage end-to-end hiring and core HR operations. This role requires strong recruitment expertise and the ability to independently handle the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection (80%)
Manage complete end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs and senior management
Handle offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring data
Ensure timely onboarding and fulfillment of manpower requirements
Onboarding and Induction (20%)
Plan and execute structured induction programs for new joiners
Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure smooth joining process
Support new employees during their initial transition period
Attendance and Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance records
Maintain accurate leave data
Share monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing
Payroll Coordination
Share accurate payroll inputs related to attendance and leave records
Exit and Separation
Handle resignations, exit interviews, full and final settlements, and documentation
Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities
Maintain a positive, healthy, and motivating work environment
Requirements
Education
Graduate (10th, 12th, and Graduation certificates are mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Strong experience using job portals and recruitment tools
Ability to independently manage bulk hiring and senior-level positions
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and HR software
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
