Job Description

Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Benefits Administration:

Manage employee benefits programs, negotiate with providers, and administer leave and workers' compensation.

Performance Management:

Implement performance review systems, provide feedback, and guide employees and management on career development.

Policy Development & Compliance:

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

HR Support:

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related topics and issues.

HR Operations:

Handle daily HR operations, including payroll, maintaining employee records, and other administrative tasks.

Strategic Contribution:

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs to achieve business objectives.
