Sr. HR Generalist (Female)

Location:

Nagpur

Experience:

5-8 Years (FMCG / Food Processing Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end HR operations for corporate & plant units Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act) Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee relations Implement training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records accurately
