The Senior Executive HR will oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions within the manufacturing unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & On-boarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and on-boarding of new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
Administer performance appraisal systems, track employee performance, and implement development plans.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
HR Reporting:
Prepare and present HR reports, including headcount analysis, attrition rates, and training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
