Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer discussions, and onboarding.
Manage employee lifecycle processes such as induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Maintain HRMS, employee records, and HR documentation accurately.
Provide payroll support including attendance, leave, LOP, and reimbursement inputs.
Handle employee queries and ensure proper grievance resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate background verification, insurance, and statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure HR policy implementation and support internal audits.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Required Skills:
