Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit (IN HRMS)
Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and HR audits
Address employee grievances and provide effective conflict resolution
Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
Support recruitment processes along with department heads
Maintain and update HRIS and employee records
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management reviews
Contribute to policy development and implementation
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools
Ability to multitask and work independently
