to handle
daily HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and can take full ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers ensuring candidate quality and turnaround time
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer management.
Maintain hiring trackers and provide daily updates on progress
Support employer branding initiatives and JD creation
Onboarding and Induction:
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to team members.
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new employees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
HR Ops/Administration:
Maintain HR employee records, updates and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies and procedures.
Respond to employee queries and escalate only where necessary
Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to compliance
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution.
Assist in organizing internal engagement initiatives, pulse checks, and L&D rollouts
Help coordinate content and support for monthly all-hands meetings
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Maintain performance appraisal records and assist with performance improvement plans as needed.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as statutory requirements related to employment.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly reports to the Head of HR
Keep all trackers, HR files, and SOPs updated and audit-ready
Follow structured routines and adhere to task deadlines without reminders
Requirements:
1.
Experience:
5-6 years of experience in HR roles with a strong grasp of recruitment and operations and exposure to various HR functions.
2.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification or diploma is a plus.
3.
HR Knowledge:
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures, with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
4.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
5.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and make sound decisions independently or in collaboration with others. Ability to work with minimal supervision and high accountability.
7.
Confidentiality:
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
8.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships with colleagues.
9.
Systems:
Proficient with tools like Excel, HRMS, ATS, Google Workspace
