Role Overview



As an HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in building a strong team and fostering a culture of high engagement, ownership, and development. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that combines recruiting, employee experience, and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (60%)



Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments (Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Offer Rollout, Onboarding). Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and build ideal candidate profiles. Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels. Maintain and manage the ATS and recruitment dashboards. Coordinate campus hiring, internship programs, and employer branding initiatives.

HR Generalist (40%)



Drive onboarding and induction experience for new hires. Support employee lifecycle processes: confirmation, exits, documentation, compliance. Partner with teams to execute engagement initiatives, feedback cycles, and surveys. Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and support in monthly reporting. Assist with performance review coordination and basic HR policy implementation.

Must-Have Skills & Traits



1-3 years of relevant HR experience (for full-time role); passion for HR and people for interns. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through. Familiarity with HR tools like KEKA is a MUST. High empathy and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters.

Nice-to-Have



Prior startup or growth-stage company experience. Understanding of labor laws or interest in learning compliance. Experience in creating employer branding or culture initiatives.
