JOB POSITION - Senior HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process. Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.

Employee Relations:

Address employee relations issues and concerns, providing guidance and resolution. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Mediate conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Pre Onboarding

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Work Environment:

The Senior Hr Executive typically works in an office environment, but may also need to travel occasionally to attend meetings, training sessions, or recruitment events.

Education - Any Graduate / Post Graduate ( MBA HR)

Experience - 2 Years to 4 Years
