We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional specializing in Payroll, Provident Fund (PF), and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) with 9 to 10 years of extensive experience in handling payroll operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, managing contributions to PF and ESIC, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll software and tax regulations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any salary-related inquiries. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in implementing payroll best practices, optimizing processes for efficient salary calculations, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and government requirements. Additionally, they will be expected to develop strong relationships with employees to provide guidance and support regarding payroll-related concerns. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to PF, ESIC, and other regulations.
Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Manage employee records and handle inquiries related to payroll, PF, and ESIC.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll and manage payroll budget.
Implement and maintain payroll systems and software for improved processing efficiencies.
Prepare and submit statutory returns related to payroll, PF, and ESIC on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
At least 9 to 10 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, PF, and ESIC compliance.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
