Experiences - 2 to 3 years (proper hard core hr experiences )
Roles and responsibilities :
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for internal and client requirements -
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
Partner with clients to understand
their
hiring needs
and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Maintain continuous client coordination
to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Handle
onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new hires.
Support in developing
HR policies, performance management systems,
and engagement initiatives.
Maintain employee records,
HR databases, and compliance documentation
.
Conduct employee engagement activities to enhance retention and motivation.
Assist management in manpower planning, performance reviews, and HR analytics.
Ensure smooth functioning of
HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance, and leaves.
Provide timely
HR reports and insights to management and clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
