Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to final onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Post job openings on the company career page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with concerned departments.
Negotiate salary packages with candidates and close positions within defined timelines.
Ensure smooth joining formalities and proper employee onboarding.
Handle HR documentation, employee records, and personnel files.
Manage daily attendance, payroll coordination, and support payroll activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.
Maintain recruitment data and prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of HR compliances and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills with sharp memory and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
