. The candidate will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction.
? Key Responsibilities
1) Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters & joining formalities
2) Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Conduct employee induction & orientation
Maintain employee records (KYC, documents, contracts)
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines
3) Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
Monitor attendance, shift timings, and leave records
Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll team for monthly salary processing
Resolve salary discrepancies, overtime, deductions, and approvals
4) HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and update HR policies (leave, WFH, notice period, discipline)
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (as applicable)
Handle employee exits, resignations, and full & final settlement
5) Performance & Employee Engagement
Support performance review process and appraisals
Employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, feedback forms)
Handle grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture
6) Discipline & Employee Relations
Address employee concerns professionally
Manage warnings, misconduct cases, and termination process (if required)
Maintain communication between management and employees
? Skills Required
Strong knowledge of
HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good command over
MS Excel, Word
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Positive attitude and leadership qualities
? Preferred Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR (MBA HR preferred)
Experience in
Logistics / Operations / Warehouse setup
