We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Ensuring completion of onboarding documentation and filing with smooth and enhanced new joiner experience.
Strong employee relation & communication skills.
Ability to drive HR programs independently.
Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Handle tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain salary structures and compensation data.
Track and manage employee attendance & leave records.
Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
Handle exit interviews and full & final settlements.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
