- Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate the entire recruitment process.
- Shortlist candidate profiles through both online and offline channels.
- Plan and conduct interviews and coordinate entrance tests as required.
- Maintain candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Prepare offer letters and manage employee documentation and filing.
- Facilitate policy communication and ensure signing of HR policies by employees.
- Maintain and update employee details in Excel and HR systems.
- Coordinate with banks for employee salary account opening.
- Track and manage attendance records and maintain the VAYAK HR dashboard.
- Monitor employee movement through work tracker updates.
- Assist in salary preparation and generate salary slips.
- Maintain and update the employee leave tracker on a regular basis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree with specialization in Human Resources (HR).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Age between 25-35 years.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HR software tools is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
