Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
Handle payroll processing, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and generating challans.
Create and distribute salary slips.
Attendance and Leave Management:
Manage and monitor employee attendance and leave balances.
Recruitment:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
Onboarding and Induction:
Facilitate the onboarding process, including induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
Employee Database Management:
Maintain and update the employee database accurately.
Documentation:
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Skills:
Strong recruiting skills and a proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
Proficient in payroll management, PF, ESI, and creating salary slips.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
