Fintech industry
is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Upgradation:
Create, review, and upgrade HR policies in alignment with current laws and organizational needs.
Ensure employees are educated about policy updates and implementation.
Audit & Compliance:
Manage internal and external HR audits and ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.
Maintain and update documentation to meet audit standards.
Payroll Management:
End-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation, TDS, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with finance for timely disbursal and reporting.
Statutory Compliance:
Maintain and monitor compliance with
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax
, and
Income Tax
.
File returns and ensure accurate submissions to respective authorities.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of employee data including attendance, leaves, onboarding, and exits.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Support initiatives for employee well-being, engagement, and performance enhancement.
Handle employee grievances and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
HR Operations Support:
Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and training initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3-6 years
of experience in a core HR role with a focus on policies, payroll, and compliance.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in a
Fintech
or tech-driven organization will be an advantage.
