The CHRO is the highest-ranking HR executive, responsible for aligning people strategy with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-wide HR strategy
Advise CEO and Board on workforce and leadership issues
Oversee talent, culture, compliance, and succession planning
Drive organizational effectiveness and long-term capability
Implement HR initiatives across the organization
Lead senior HR teams and regional leaders
Partner with business leaders on workforce needs
Design performance and feedback systems
Lead training and leadership programs
Build succession pipelines for key roles
