Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Oversee
payroll processing, PF, ESI, compliance
, and other statutory requirements.
Handle employee
engagement activities
, grievance management, and retention strategies.
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies to support company growth and team productivity.
Conduct
performance reviews
and coordinate appraisal cycles.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3+ years of HR experience
in payroll, PF, compliance, and team management.
Strong command of
English communication (written & verbal)
with a professional and mature approach.
In-depth knowledge of
PF, ESI, HR policies, and payroll software
.
Proven ability in
team handling, employee engagement
, and conflict resolution.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
