Recruitment

Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and hiring new staff Design recruitment policies and strategies Help shape the employer brand
Performance management

Use 360-degree performance management to gather feedback from peers, subordinates, and supervisors Manage employee performance
Employee relations Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and top management, Address employee requests and grievances, and Counsel employees. Compliance

Ensure that the organization is compliant with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation Ensure compliance with labor laws
Onboarding

Plan and prepare for onboarding new employees Ensure that new employees understand policies and procedures
Employee benefits Plan and oversee employee benefit programs and Develop strategies for pay and benefits. Other responsibilities

Monitor HR metrics like cost-per-hire and turnover rates Evaluate spend plans for each division Plan educational and professional development initiatives
Leadership

Define and monitor the HR team's objectives Set objectives for the HR team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,628.44 - ₹43,869.85 per month
