Personal Assistance
to join our corporate team in the mining industry. This dual-role position involves supporting core HR functions while also assisting senior management with administrative tasks, travel coordination, and meeting documentation. The candidate should be professional, efficient, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and on boarding.
Maintain HR records, employee databases, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate with On-site teams for workforce planning and compliance reporting.
Assist with payroll coordination and ensure adherence to statutory and company HR policies. Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal HR communications. Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and vendors when required.
Provide executive support to the Director and senior leadership.
Manage daily calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements if needed.
Prepare and maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on action points.
Draft official correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintain confidential files.
Coordinate between departments and assist with day-to-day business operations.
Travel to mine sites or other company locations if needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-6 years of relevant experience in HR and/or as a Personal Assistant.
Prior experience in the mining, industrial, or manufacturing sector preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email correspondence, and HR software/tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
