Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
Draft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for grievance handling, conflict resolution, and feedback.
3. HR Operations
Maintain up-to-date HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
Manage payroll coordination, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
4. Performance Management
Administer performance review systems and support managers with goal setting and feedback.
Track and analyse HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and workforce development.
Support manpower planning for project sites and factory operations.
5. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and organize training and development programs.
Assist in succession planning and career development strategies.
Enhance organization building through structured L&D initiatives.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential records for all HR functions.
Ensure statutory compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Assist with implementation and automation of HR systems and software.
