We are looking experienced Sr.Executive- HR cum Operations including IR experienced candidate.

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Gender: Male only

Age : Minimum 35+ yrs

Salary: up to 50K per month take home and other benefits (Negotiable)

Job Location: To be depute at our client factory - Vallam, Chennai.

JD:

To handle time office supervisors - 8 employees 20% HR Roll, 10% Admin Roll, 70% IR Roll. He must have sound knowledge about to address grievances and issues including to address mass group of employees / trainees. Minimum 1500+ trainees working in the shift, to handle trainees grievances immediately and run the factory operations without any issues. To closely monitor trainees activities in the plant and take action pro-actively against the problematic trainees including involving unwanted activities (To mingle union persons and activities in the plant)
Candidate from onsite experience under contract roll in the manufacturing sector is an added advantage and also looking immediate joiner.
