Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Manage
statutory compliances
(PF, ESI, Factory Act, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
Support
employee relations and grievance handling
, especially for shop-floor employees
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Implement and monitor
HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Conduct performance appraisals and support PMS activities
Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with labor authorities
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR / Business Administration / Industrial Relations
Minimum
4 years of HR experience
, preferably in the
manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of
labor laws and statutory compliance
Experience handling
blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in
factory HR / plant HR
Exposure to
payroll processing
Ability to handle audits and inspections independently
Knowledge of Tamil labor practices will be an added advantage
