About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and strengthen our HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will oversee core HR functions, ensure statutory compliance, and promote a productive workplace culture.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for staff and shop-floor positions.
2. Ensure full statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act requirements.
3. Oversee attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and provide accurate payroll inputs.
4. Address employee grievances, maintain discipline, and support healthy employee relations on the shop floor.
5. Plan and conduct employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and training initiatives.
6. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
7. Manage contract labor operations, verify vendor compliance, and maintain related documentation.
8. Maintain complete HR documentation, employee files, statutory registers, and prepare HR MIS reports.
9. Coordinate safety inductions, compliance training, and support factory safety and audit requirements.
10. Support administrative functions such as ID cards, uniforms, housekeeping, and general facility management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR / HRM / IR preferred.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and labor laws.
Experience with HRMS/software, MS Excel & documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic shop-floor environment.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
