Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for mid- to senior-level positions.
Develop job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and collaborate with department heads on manpower planning.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Promote a positive work environment and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Support culture-building activities and internal communication programs.
3. Performance Management
Coordinate annual and periodic performance review cycles.
Guide managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to staff and management on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate HR records and oversee audit and compliance activities.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Support payroll preparation by providing required information and verifying data accuracy.
Assist in administering employee benefits programs (leave, insurance, allowances, etc.).
Conduct compensation benchmarking and recommend adjustments when needed.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and track employee progress.
7. HR Operations & Reporting
Oversee HR documentation, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS management.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
Implement HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
