About the Role
We are looking for a senior, matured, and sensible HR Executive who can independently manage core HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills, excellent judgement, and hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers).
Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit processes.
Maintain and update HRMS, attendance, and employee records.
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Address employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Foster a positive work culture and support engagement activities.
Conduct regular check-ins with teams to understand morale and concerns.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory HR practices.
Assist in policy creation, implementation, and process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred.
2-3 years of HR generalist experience in an IT company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgement, maturity, and sensible decision-making.
Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
