Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Payroll Processing with accuracy.

Implement and monitor KPI & KRI frameworks for employee performance.

Handle ESI, PF and all Statutory Compliance activities.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

Ensure smooth HR operations and adhere to company policies.

Coordinate with other departments and provide HR-related support.

Travel to branch locations when required for HR audits and reviews.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Payroll Management Expertise in KPI / KRI Implementation Good understanding of Statutory Compliance (ESI, PF) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to handle field HR activities and travel as needed
