Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee attendance, payroll inputs, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and support managers in appraisal processes.
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and MIS reports.
Organize training, development programs, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
Assist in strategic HR planning and support management in decision-making.
