We are seeking a passionate and resourceful HR Executive with 2+ years' experience, ideally in recruiting for sales or business development roles. The HR will be a key part of our expanding team, handling generalist activities with end-to-end hiring cycles, supporting HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, with a major focus on sales and business development profiles Manage job postings, applications, interview scheduling, and feedback Co-ordinate onboarding and assist in induction of new hires Build talent pipelines for fast-paced startup requirements Support basic HR operational tasks, documentation, and compliance Foster strong stakeholder relationships across departments Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports
What We're Looking For:

2+ years proven experience as an HR Recruiter, including hiring sales profiles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Willingness to learn broader HR functions and grow in a startup setting Self-driven and adaptable to changing business needs Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or relevant specialization Experience with EdTech or fast-growth sectors is a plus Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
