ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & HR Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and termination documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal/state labor laws, and employment regulations.
Prepare and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks as needed.
2. Memo Writing & Internal Communication:
Draft professional and legally sound HR-related memos and internal communications (e.g., disciplinary notices, policy updates, meeting summaries).
Assist in communicating HR policies and changes to employees in a clear and concise manner.
3. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
Support managers and employees in resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
Conduct investigations into complaints or concerns and document findings.
4. Termination & Offboarding:
Manage the termination process including documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with IT/payroll.
Ensure all terminations are handled legally, professionally, and with sensitivity.
Provide guidance to managers on legal and compliant termination practices.
5. General HR Support:
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
Support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Help facilitate HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, audits, and training sessions. Strong knowledge in Excel
Experience : 4 - 9 Years in Payroll & compliances
Must handled 1000 Employees
Excel Vlookup & Hlookup must
