Key Responsibilities:
Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate data submission
Manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and comply with labor laws
Handle employee grievances and escalate when necessary
Support performance review and appraisal processes
Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Prepare HR reports and assist in audits as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR role (executive or generalist level preferred)
Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
