Job Responsibility:
1. To oversee the daily activities of staffs and follow the daily work plan.
2. To manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Prepare and analyze staffs reports and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas of improvement.
4. To coordinate with conduct interviews, hiring process, following tele calling to the candidates and support the recruitment.
5. Serve as a primary point of contact employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to address issues and resolve conflicts.
7. Organize company events, team building activities, and recognition programs to faster a positive company culture.
Required skills:
1. Proven experience as human resources management.
2. Having knowledge in MS office and excel
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
