Job Title: Senior HR Executive - Hire Accel Platform

We are seeking an experienced HR professional (5+ years) to join our team for Hire Accel, a next-gen recruitment platform bridging companies and candidates. This role involves coordinating with HRs to collect real-time job openings from companies and collaborating with candidates to identify and deliver the right-fit candidates for each position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with company HRs to gather detailed job requirements.

Communicate job openings to candidate for sourcing relevant talent.

Ensure smooth coordination between hiring companies and potential candidates.

Maintain and update records in the Hire Accel platform.

Requirements:

5+ years of HR or recruitment experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage dynamic workflows.

Experience with recruitment platforms is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
