HR Manager



Key Responsibilities:



Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition. Drive employee engagement and resolve workplace issues. Manage performance appraisals and improvement plans. Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. Ensure HR compliance and update policies as needed. Align HR strategies with business objectives and analyze workforce metrics. Lead and mentor the HR team for operational efficiency.

Qualifications:



Master's degree in HR or related field. 4+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Skills:



Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
