Manage end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.

Hiring from Field Activities Online Portals, Job fairs and Campus Drives

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for male candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Conduct bulk hiring campaigns through mass recruitment techniques to meet business demands.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.


Desired Candidate Profile



Male candidate with MBA-HR

5-7 years of experience in recruitment management or human resource management.

Proven track record of successful bulk hiring experiences with volume hiring expertise.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
