Nice Neotech Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of neonatal medical equipment, Based in Chennai.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR to lead all HR functions at our manufacturing near Porur.The role involves managing recruitment, compliance, training,facilities, employee relations, and policy implementation to ensure a safe, productive, and legally compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and fulfill manpower needs based on production targets Oversee hiring for skilled, unskilled, and technical roles Conduct onboarding, training, and skill development Drive performance management using KPIs Handle employee relations, grievances, and retention Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, ESI, PF, etc.) Manage payroll Process, attendance tracking, and Leave administration in compliance with company policies and statutory regulation. Develop and implement HR policies and maintain documentation Promote workplace safety, quality, and efficiency (OSHA, Lean, GMP)

Key Skills:

Labour law compliance Recruitment Conflict resolution and team management HRMS and payroll tools Fluency in English and Tamil(Mandatory) Preferred other language

Educational Qualification:

MBA or MSW in Human Resources

Experience:

7+ years in manufacturing/industrial HR preferred

Salary:

20,000- 30,000 (INR)
