Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) Handle employee lifecycle activities - joining, confirmation, exit formalities Maintain attendance, leave records & HR documentation Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing Implement HR policies, procedures & compliance standards Address employee queries, concerns & grievance handling Support management in performance reviews & employee engagement activities Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience Strong communication & interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws & compliance basics Ability to handle confidential information professionally Good organizational & problem-solving skills
