Reporting to Manager HRD, responsible for HR & Admin functions
Recruitment:
Initial Screening, Scheduling Interviews, Preparation of Offer Letters and Compensation Break-ups. Preparation of Appointment Letter.
Time Office Management:
Monitoring the daily, weekly and monthly Time Office Function i.e.
Attendance process (Computerized & Manual) of company roll, visitor and contractual workers, Late coming report
Attendance Register, Leave Applications (EL/PL, CL & SL), On Duty slips, On Tour slips, Overtime details, and controlling extra Overtime/Incentive hours as per requirement.
Prepare daily manpower report
Training:
On the job induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions.
Preparation of Training Need Analysis Plan.
Development of Training Calendar for the year.
Collation of training feedback.
Payroll Process:
Should have a good experience in handling
payroll
& Statutory Compliances, Compensation.
Responsible to manage end to end
payroll
, compensation & benefits, incentives for pan India employees
Maintain data in software or by Excel.
Maintain attendance records of all employees (Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, and Maternity Leave).
Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups.
Calculate amounts of deductions like PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS or other deduction.
Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full &Final Settlement.
Performance Appraisal:
Initiating Quarterly Performance appraisal followed by annual review & rewarding.
Employee Relation Activities:
Handling and escalating Employee grievances to superiors.
Maintaining MIS of Employees.
Handling employee discipline & maintaining employee relation
Involve people for various activities like National Festival Celebrations, Cultural Activities & other Welfare Activities.
Insurance & Mediclaim.
Exit Interviews:
Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve employee morale and motivation. Preparing Settlement, Service Certificate and Relieving order.
Administration:
Meetings and Conference Co-ordination's
Transport Management
Prepare Monthly MIS related to Administration work
Others:
