Overseeing the complete payroll cycle, including calculating salaries, managing bonuses, and processing deductions accurately and on time.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to all applicable labour laws and regulations, which includes the timely deposit of payroll-related Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance & Proffessional Tax
Employee Records Management:
Maintaining precise and confidential employee records and databases.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies to balance organizational needs with employee welfare and compliance.
Preparing payroll dashboards and reports for better decision-making, along with verifying and reconciling monthly payroll data.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, resolving discrepancies, and providing a point of contact for payroll-related concerns.
