About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our growing Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RCM recruitment (Dental preferred) and a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management industry.

You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and supporting core HR activities while ensuring a seamless people experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for RCM roles (Dental, Vision, Medical) - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top RCM talent through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures. Support onboarding, documentation, induction, and HR record management. Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and exit formalities. Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and compliance tracking. Support implementation of HR policies, appraisals, and performance management processes.
Key Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in HR and recruitment, within the RCM industry. Strong experience in hiring for Dental RCM roles (Vision and Medical experience will be an added advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. Sound understanding of RCM terminologies, processes, and candidate profiles. Comfortable working in Night Shifts from the Ahmedabad office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
