Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive

Senior Executive - Human Resources

to join our HR team at

Unicorn Denmart Ltd.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical acumen, coupled with proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. This role will focus primarily on managing end-to-end recruitment for

technical support functions

(such as after-sales service and field engineering teams) as well as

non-technical operational departments

(such as administration, logistics, and customer support).

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the candidate will contribute to various HR operational processes including onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives. This is a critical role for driving organizational growth by attracting and onboarding high-quality talent while maintaining operational excellence in HR functions.

Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and backend roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Understand manpower requirements by coordinating closely with department heads. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), networking platforms, internal referrals, and direct approaches. Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit. Coordinate and schedule technical rounds with relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future needs. Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment status and challenges. Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. Assist in salary negotiation and offer rollout in coordination with the HR Manager. Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction, and coordination with IT/Admin. Maintain and update candidate and employee records. Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and statutory requirements. Assist in preparation of HR MIS reports related to recruitment, manpower status, and attrition. Support in employee engagement activities, internal communications, and grievance handling as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required



Bachelor's degree in HR/Engineering/Any technical discipline (e.g., B.Tech./ B.E. etc.) An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical hiring (engineering/service functions). Prior experience in the healthcare, biomedical, or equipment industry will be a strong plus. Sound understanding of technical roles related to installation, service, and maintenance. Ability to assess technical competence and soft skills effectively during screening. Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
