Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding.
Maintain employee records and manage HRMS software effectively.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.).
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Oversee performance appraisal processes and employee feedback systems.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution professionally.
Foster a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
Ensure workplace safety, ethics, and compliance with labor laws.
Plan and execute HR-related events such as team outings, employee recognition programs, and festive celebrations.
Monitor and control HR budgets and costs.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR matters.
