We are looking for candidates who have : Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hiring the right talent A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry with major experience in recruitment. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment and additional responsibilities including employee engagement, compliance, HR operations and performance management. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition o Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of positions. o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. o Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and create job descriptions. HR Operations o Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. o Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS. o Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance. Employee Engagement o Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. o Address employee grievances and implement conflict resolution strategies.
