Job Summary


We are hiring a

Senior HR Executive

with a strong focus on

employee engagement and culture building

, along with hands-on experience in

core HR operations

. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive employee experience while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal culture programs. Plan and execute onboarding, employee events, festivals, and celebrations. Function as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Maintain and manage employee records, HR policies, and HR documentation. Handle onboarding operations. Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Keka for HR operations. Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional presence across teams. Support performance management, employee development, and internal training initiatives. Collect employee feedback and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and experience. Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment, encouraging healthy interactions, collaboration, and strong employee morale.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist, People & Culture, or Employee Engagement roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance. * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
