About the role:
We are looking for an individual to contribute in HR Department. The roles and responsibilities will include:
Manage and monitor time office operations, including attendance, shift scheduling, overtime, and leave management.
Maintain and validate attendance records through biometric systems.
Coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of wages, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with working hours, weekly offs, and leave policies.
Generate and analyze MIS reports related to attendance, absenteeism, and manpower utilization.
Manage employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Oversee onboarding and exit formalities, including induction, documentation, and full & final settlements.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Manage office administration related to HR
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Junior to Top-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
Support audits, inspections, and legal notices related to HR.
Draft and update HR policies in line with labor legislation.
Address employee grievances related to statutory and legal matters.
About you:
Previous experience in an HR department is desired
Well and clear spoken communication skills
A Bachelor's/ Master's degree in HR/ Business is preferred
Fluency in English is desired
Interest to learn about HR Related tasks- Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance, Govt. norms, etc.
