Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files
Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
Conduct exit formalities and full & final settlements
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/consultants
Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets
Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions
4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
(PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Coordinate audits and maintain statutory registers
Handle employee queries related to compliance
5. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles
Assist in goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes
Maintain appraisal records and reports
6. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy relations
Support engagement activities, policies, and HR initiatives
Promote a positive work culture and discipline
7. Policy Implementation & Reporting
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support management with HR data and insights
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
