Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Salary: ₹12 LPA

Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets across departments (dispatch, logistics, operations, etc.)

Optimize sourcing channels: job portals, referrals, social platforms, recruitment agencies

Conduct senior-level interviews and ensure strong onboarding experience

2. Performance Management

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, 360 feedback)

Collaborate with department heads to align employee goals with company objectives

Drive high-performance culture through incentives, recognition, and growth paths

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

Design and manage engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and pulse surveys

Lead employee satisfaction, morale-boosting, and retention efforts

Mediate and resolve employee concerns in a fair and confidential manner

4. Policy & Compliance

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and audit requirements

Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution professionally

5. Learning & Development

Identify skill gaps and coordinate upskilling initiatives and training works
Lead leadership development programs and career path planning

6. HR Strategy & Planning

Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives

Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring time) and report insights

Recommend tools and technologies to streamline HR operations (HRIS, ATS, etc.)

? Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field

5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and conflict resolution

Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and policy enforcement

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments (logistics/dispatching industry a plus)
