Your Role - What You'll Be Doing:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Drive the entire recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and structured onboarding experience.


HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.

Coordinate payroll data, leaves, attendance, and exit formalities.

Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy adherence.


Employee Engagement & Experience

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and help build a positive workplace culture.

Support grievance handling with empathy and professionalism.


Performance & Policy Management

Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems.

Facilitate appraisal cycles and help track employee performance goals.

Review, update, and communicate company HR policies.


Who We're Looking For:

? Bachelor's or Master's in HR/Business Administration or equivalent

? 3-5 years of experience in core HR functions (especially recruitment and operations)

? Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance

? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

? Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
